Graphic recording (also known as visual recording or scribing) documents what is said and spoken at conferences, meetings, seminars, and conventions, translating it into appropriate visuals and metaphors.
I document content in real time – preferably on large formats – paper, boards, canvases, and exhibition walls.

I'll be drawing on my iPad Pro – your meeting, your conference, your workshop.

Illustrations
I help you translate complex content into clear and inspiring images. This can include illustrations of corporate strategies, visualizations of visions, detailed illustrations, drawings, icons & symbols for flyers, postcards or websites. I also gladly support you with portraits for all occasions and purposes.
Explainer videos
Hand-drawn explainer videos, animated explainer videos – complex topics presented clearly and concisely. Hand-drawn explainer videos offer a wide range of possibilities for presenting complex concepts simply and vividly.
The images and stories thus remain in the viewer's memory for longer. And of course, watching the videos is also enjoyable.

Since 2012, I've been developing customized graphic recording formats for conferences, seminars, workshops, and much more.
My client and reference list includes numerous renowned institutions and companies. Nearly all federal ministries, foundations, various civil society organizations, and research institutions are among my clients.
I create images that illuminate complex relationships.
In addition to analog or digital graphic recordings, my focus is also on visualizing strategies, visions, and goals.

The drawings reflect atmospheres and emotions, while simultaneously making connections and dynamics easily comprehensible and recognizable.
Through my live drawings, presentations, discussions, results, and even disagreements are visually captured, and words that would otherwise be quickly forgotten are preserved in pictures. Connections become visible and easier for everyone to understand.
Graphic recording fosters identification with what is being said and creates a connection between participants. Visual stimuli for participants promote creativity and broaden perspectives!

Implementation
For graphic recording, I arrive early on the day of the event to finalize arrangements and set up my equipment. And I look forward to making that first mark – whether analog on boards or paper, or digital on the iPad.

Result
At the end of the event, you will receive the drawings immediately – either analog or digital. For analog graphic recordings, I always offer the option of digitizing the drawings as well, so they can be used quickly, easily, and in professional quality for documenting your event.

De-Brief
For quality assurance purposes, a joint evaluation after our collaboration is important to me. If any follow-up work is required, we will agree on it.
