At the LIH Academy, teams and leaders are taught the skills to drive change and shape the future.

To find out what the wider community considers crucial, 30 L&D and innovation leaders were invited to the Lufthansa Innovation Hub for an exchange of ideas on key competencies and their implementation in their companies.

A keynote presentation was given by Moritz Habermann (Google), Sara Ritterrath (Ten More In), Vlorë K. (mobile.de), and Constanze Bashir (Lufthansa Innovation Hub), who shared their perspectives and answered questions from the audience.
